LimitlessLimitless is a six-week course for Year 6 pupils that aims to encourage positive transitions into the next stage of their life, particularly thinking about secondary school. We do this by exploring self-image; learning to value ourselves and others; and how to juggle the complexities of life around phone use, friendships and the online world.
Transitions to Secondary School – healthy ways to deal with concerns that can arise.
Making and Keeping Good Friends – what makes a healthy friendship, how to make new friends and how to fix friendships when they go wrong.
Healthy Phone Use – the positive and negative uses of phones and how to put in healthy boundaries.
The Online World – how to use the internet safely.
Understanding Your Worth – how valuable we are as a unique person and what is important to us.
The Challenge of Change – practical ideas for your first week at secondary school.
During one Limitless course recently, it was particularly evident to see how necessary and helpful the sessions were that addressed healthy phone use and how to adapt to secondary school. At the end of one session, one child was so encouraged by what she had heard that she was brave enough to speak up about problems she was having online. As a result of the course, she was able to get help for online bullying that was occurring, it also helped to address this issue across the school.
Another child, who was especially nervous about starting secondary school, was very grateful for the support we could offer through our activities about how to navigate day one at a new school, she said it made her feel a lot more confident!

Trustees Needed
We are currently looking for new trustees. Your role would be to ensure the vision and ethos of the charity are maintained, hold the leadership to account and ensure financial probity. This is mainly carried out through attendance at four meetings a year and offering prayer support. There are opportunities for trustees to get involved in the work of the charity as well through becoming a volunteer mentor if they would like to but this is not a requirement for being a trustee.
